Do you take insurance?

I’m currently in-network with Aetna and Cigna through Alma. If you have one of these plans, I’d be happy to check your benefits and help you get started.

For all other insurance providers, I’m considered an out-of-network provider, and many PPO plans offer partial reimbursement for therapy. If you'd like to use out-of-network benefits, I can provide a monthly superbill (a receipt with the necessary billing codes) for you to submit to your insurance.

If you're planning to use out-of-network coverage, I recommend calling your insurance provider to ask:

  • Do I have out-of-network coverage for outpatient mental health?

  • What percentage of the session fee is reimbursed?

  • Do I have a deductible to meet first?

Some clients prefer to avoid dealing with insurance altogether and choose to pay privately. This allows for greater flexibility and privacy in our work together.
