Do you take insurance?
I’m not in-network with insurance providers, but I’m happy to work with clients who have out-of-network benefits. Many PPO plans offer partial reimbursement for therapy with an out-of-network provider. If you’d like to use these benefits, I can provide a monthly superbill (a receipt with necessary billing codes) that you can submit to your insurance.
I recommend checking with your insurance provider to ask:
Do I have out-of-network coverage for outpatient mental health?
What percentage of the session fee will be reimbursed?
Do I have a deductible to meet first?
If you’d prefer not to deal with insurance at all, many clients choose to pay privately for the confidentiality and flexibility it allows.
