Psychotherapy for Anxiety and OCD

If you're struggling with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or uncertainty about your path, you're not alone, and you don't have to figure it out on your own. I offer psychotherapy rooted in evidence-based approaches that are both effective and deeply human. I specialize in working with adults and young adults navigating OCD and anxiety disorders.

My approach draws on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based practices. ERP helps retrain the nervous system through structured exposures to feared thoughts or situations, allowing you to reclaim your life from avoidance and ritual. ACT helps you build a more flexible relationship with your thoughts, so you can move toward what matters, even when anxiety is present. Mindfulness cultivates your ability to notice without judgment, creating space between you and the mental noise.

In our work together, we’ll focus on understanding your patterns, clarifying your values, and building new habits of mind and behavior. Therapy is collaborative, there’s no one-size-fits-all plan, and it’s okay if you’re unsure where to begin. We’ll go at a pace that feels safe, but active. Along the way, I’ll support you with compassion, curiosity, and clear tools for change.

Sessions are available via secure telehealth across California, and I also offer in-person therapy in Santa Monica. If you're looking for therapy for OCD, anxiety, or want to feel more connected to your values, I’d love to talk.
